Description

Turkey cheese pinwheels are an easy no-cook lunch and party snack—creamy, savory, and perfect for meal prep.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 8 ounces sliced deli turkey

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar (or Swiss)

  • 2 cups baby spinach (optional)


Instructions

  1. Stir cream cheese, mayo, Dijon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  2. Spread evenly over tortillas, edge to edge.

  3. Layer turkey, cheese, and spinach (if using).

  4. Roll tortillas tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill 30 minutes.

  5. Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
