Ingredients

### For the Crust

– 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed

– 3 tablespoons ice water

### For the Filling

– 1 tablespoon olive oil

– 6 slices bacon, chopped

– 4 large eggs

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

– Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

1. Make the crust: Combine flour and salt, then pulse in cold butter until crumbly. Add ice water until dough forms. Chill for 30 minutes.

2. Cook the bacon: Fry the bacon until crispy, then drain.

3. Make the filling: Mix eggs, heavy cream, cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon.

4. Assemble and bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the dough, press into a pie dish, and pour in the egg mixture. Bake for 30–35 minutes.
