Description

These pulled pork sliders are saucy, tender, and perfect for feeding a crowd—easy party sandwiches with BBQ and slaw.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 slider buns

  • 4 cups cooked pulled pork (homemade or store-bought)

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (plus more to serve)

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Optional slaw

  • 3 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 350°F. Place slider buns bottoms in a 9×13-inch dish.

  2. Mix pulled pork with BBQ sauce and warm (microwave or stovetop).

  3. Pile pork onto buns. Add slaw (optional). Add bun tops.

  4. Brush tops with melted butter.

  5. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until warmed through. Serve hot.
