These air fryer hard boiled eggs are hands-off and easy—no boiling water, just consistent eggs every time.
Ingredients
6 large eggs
Ice water (for an ice bath)
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 270°F for 3 minutes (if your model preheats).
Place eggs in the basket in a single layer.
Air fry:
Soft-ish center: 270°F for 12 minutes
Classic hard boiled: 270°F for 14 minutes
Very firm: 270°F for 16 minutes
Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes.
Peel and enjoy.
Notes
Easier peeling: Slightly older eggs peel better than super-fresh.
Storage: Keep unpeeled eggs refrigerated up to 7 days.
