Description

These air fryer hard boiled eggs are hands-off and easy—no boiling water, just consistent eggs every time.


Ingredients

  • Ice water (for an ice bath)


Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 270°F for 3 minutes (if your model preheats).

  2. Place eggs in the basket in a single layer.

  3. Air fry:

    • Soft-ish center: 270°F for 12 minutes

    • Classic hard boiled: 270°F for 14 minutes

    • Very firm: 270°F for 16 minutes

  4. Immediately transfer eggs to an ice bath for 10 minutes.

  5. Peel and enjoy.
