Description

This buffalo chicken dip is creamy, spicy, and loaded with cheese—an easy party dip that disappears fast.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

  • 1/2 cup hot sauce

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella

  • 2 tablespoons sliced green onions (optional)


Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a bowl, mix chicken, cream cheese, dressing, hot sauce, and half the cheeses.

  3. Spread into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Top with remaining cheese.

  4. Bake 20 minutes until hot and bubbly. Broil 1 to 2 minutes for extra browning (optional).

  5. Top with green onions and serve with chips, crackers, or celery.
